Liability & Resolution Policy: FTC Grading’s liability is limited to the amount paid for grading services. In the event of a verified internal error, handling issue, or processing mistake on our part, FTC Grading is committed to working in good faith with the collector to fairly review and resolve the situation. Any resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with transparency and collector trust as our priority.

After your submission request is approved, you'll be able to track your submission using your Submission ID & Email on the Track Order page (you'll receive both of these in an email from us). Status begins when we physically receive your submission (cards in hand).
