Submission Breakdown:

1. Choose Your Submission

  • Go to our 1. Submit Cards

  • Start with the 13-Card Base Submission

  • Need more cards? Add 10-card blocks as needed

  • Shipping & supplies are included in the base price

  • No upcharges. No value-based fees.

  • Once checkout is complete, you’ll receive your Order Confirmation Email with your Submission ID (FTC-XXXX).

2. Complete Submission Intake

  • After checkout, head to the Submission Intake page and complete the form.

    You’ll need:

  • Your Submission ID (FTC-XXXX)

  • The email used at checkout

  • Your full card list (one card per line)

  • ⚠️ Submissions are not processed until the intake form is completed.

3. Pack & Ship Your Cards

Packing & Shipping Instructions

  • Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your cards arrive safely

    1. Sleeve each card
Place each card into a penny sleeve.

    2. Insert into a semi-rigid holder
Once sleeved, place the card into a semi-rigid card saver (Card Saver or equivalent).
    AGAIN,
    DO NOT USE TOP LOADERS!

    3. Repeat for all cards
Continue this process until every card is sleeved and secured in a card saver.

    4. Sandwich the cards
Stack your cards evenly and sandwich them between two rigid cardboard cutouts.

    5. Secure the stack
Use two to four rubber bands around the cardboard to hold everything firmly in place.
(Snug, not tight — avoid bending pressure.)

    6. Box your submission
Place the secured stack into a sturdy box (recommended) or padded bubble mailer.
Add sufficient bubble wrap or packing material to prevent movement during transit.

    7. Seal & label
Tape the package securely and attach the provided shipping label, which will be sent to the email used at checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.
